If you're just starting out with voiceover, you'll need to learn how to record and edit yourself. It's a bit daunting and a hurdle or two to get past, but once you're set up and you've given it a go, it gets much easier.
Here are some resources to help you get started.
Set up a space
First, choose and prepare your recording space. This can be at home, a community space like the Woden Library facilities, or somewhere else you've identified with good sound control and technical abilities.
Set up your laptop and recording/editing program
You will need a laptop, and a program for recording
and editing. I recommend Audacity -
it's free and industry standard.

Record, edit and export in Audacity
Once you're confident with your setup, it's time to record
(the fun bit!).
Although I'd recommend against doing a lot of editing - engineers do not like it when you over-process your files - you do need to know how to cut out mistakes, ensure the sound levels are as required, and save the file in the right format.
Finally, you'll need to export the file to save it for yourself or send it to someone else, outside of Audacity.
