I’ve spent my life using my voice — on stages, in studios, and in rooms full of people who need to hear something real. I speak and write with authenticity, warmth, and humour, even when the topic is tough.

My lived experience of PTSD, addiction, and recovery shapes much of what I do, and
I believe in the power of authenticity to
connect, challenge, and heal.

Whether I’m behind a mic, on a stage, or at a keyboard, I bring clarity, compassion, and a deeply human voice to the work.

I use my lived experience of PTSD, addiction, and recovery to challenge stigma and push for real change. Can you help me find mental health support?

The mental health system can be very difficult to navigate. I'm not a clinician, but if I can help you find the services you need, I may be able to point you in the right direction. Getting help is so important to recovery, so if I can help you within the limits of my expertise, I will.

I also recommend SANE Australia and Beyond Blue as resources for anyone looking for mental health services and support.

Do you work with workplaces or leadership teams?

My experience of workplace psychosocial injury has inspired my deep engagement with mental health and safety at work. This includes a proposed PhD at the Australian National University to research interventions to address workplace psychosocial hazards.

If you want to address psychological hazards in your workplace and improve how you keep your staff safe, I would be happy to help.
