I’ve spent my life using my voice — on stages, in studios, and in rooms full of people who need to hear something real. I speak and write with authenticity, warmth, and humour, even when the topic is tough.
My lived experience of PTSD, addiction, and recovery shapes much of what I do, and
I believe in the power of authenticity to
connect, challenge, and heal.
Whether I’m behind a mic, on a stage, or at a keyboard, I bring clarity, compassion, and a deeply human voice to the work.
Keynotes and Panels
I provide tailored content to target your key message and suit your audience. My core topics are
- Mental illness, mental health and trauma
- Workplace psychosocial safety and injury
- Recovery, resilience and help-seeking
- Addiction and healing
My style is authentic, humourous and sincere without being cheesy or trite. In an world of meaningless inspirational slogans, I deliver meaning and authenticity.
Writing
With nearly two decades of experience writing, editing and crafting speeches, I can get your message across with clarity and professionalism. Whether you want an informative piece full of evidence, or a personal viewpoint based on lived experience, I can create customised content to meet your needs and deliver your message with impact.
Voiceover
With years of experience and professional training, I'm well-placed to create characters or deliver clear, articulate, high-quality recordings. I use a professional studio and high quality equipment, and can record based on a brief or with live remote direction. I specialise in corportate narrations,
e-learning and character work.
Mental Health Advocacy
I use my lived experience of PTSD, addiction, and recovery to challenge stigma and push for real change. I advocate for better mental health support in workplaces and systems, and speak up for those who can’t always speak for themselves. I’m available for media, podcasts, panels, and projects that need a clear, authentic voice on mental health.
